The Challenge
Same Day Garage Door Services (SDGDS) is a Phoenix-area garage door company with real ambitions. An outside investor stepped in with a clear mandate: scale to $20 million in annual revenue. To get there, SDGDS needed to compete with category heavyweights like A1 Garage Door, companies with serious marketing infrastructure, strong digital presence, and optimized lead pipelines. SDGDS had none of that. Their existing website was a liability, their ad traffic was being sent to a generic homepage, and they had no systematic way to turn clicks into booked jobs at scale.
Our Strategy
Our approach has always been the same: do the basics right, measure everything, and adapt quickly to what the data shows. The engagement started in late 2024 with a full website overhaul, a ground-up rebuild of their entire web infrastructure, launched in January 2025. From there, we identified the biggest revenue lever in their paid search operation: ad traffic was landing on a generic homepage with no conversion optimization. We built 100+ dedicated landing pages, each matched to specific campaigns, services, and geographies. In 2026 we expanded into SEO and GEO to capture AI-driven search traffic. We operate as an embedded partner, not a vendor.
