FAQ
Common Questions
Everything you need to know about working with us. Still have questions? Book a free call and we'll walk you through it.
Do I need to know exactly what I need before reaching out?
No. Most people who reach out don't have a clear brief — they have a problem they haven't been able to solve. That's the right starting point. The first conversation is about understanding your situation, not fitting you into a tier. Come with the problem, not the solution.
What does working with you actually look like day to day?
You get a consistent point of contact who knows your business and doesn't need to be re-briefed every call. We set a working rhythm at the start of each engagement — most clients hear from us weekly, sometimes more. You're not managing a team of rotating account reps. You're talking to the same person who's doing the work.
How is this different from hiring a marketing manager?
A marketing manager at $70K a year delivers a headcount. One person, one skill set, six months to get up to speed. An engagement with us delivers the full scope of what your business actually needs — without the hiring process, the onboarding delays, or the salary. Most clients get more done in the first 90 days than they did in the previous year of trying to figure it out alone.
How long until we see results?
Depends on what we're building. A new website launches in six to eight weeks. GEO content starts showing up in AI citations within 60 to 90 days of publication. Paid campaigns can generate leads in the first week if the foundation is already solid. We'll tell you what to expect before we start, not after — and we won't promise a timeline we don't believe in.
How much does it cost?
Foundation engagements start at $1,000 per month. Scale engagements start at $2,000 per month. Partner engagements start at $3,500 per month. All engagements have a minimum term. The free AI problem-solving session is exactly that — free, no obligation, no follow-up pitch unless you ask for one.
What's the minimum commitment?
Three months for Foundation and Scale engagements. Nine months for Partner engagements. We set minimums because the work we do compounds — a three-month engagement where we're still learning the business in month two is a bad deal for everyone. After the minimum term, engagements continue month to month until either side decides otherwise. No penalties, no drama.
What if we're not a good fit?
We'll say so before you have to. We take on fewer clients than most agencies, which means we turn down more work than most agencies. If we don't think we can do genuinely good work for your business — wrong size, wrong stage, wrong service mix — we'll tell you in the first call and point you somewhere better if we can.
Do we own everything you build for us?
Yes. The website, the content, the campaigns, the playbooks, the automations — all of it is yours the day it's built. We don't hold assets hostage to keep clients on retainer. If the engagement ends, you leave with everything we made together. That's the only way we'd want to work.
We've had bad experiences with agencies before. What makes this different?
Probably the things you're already reading on this page. Fewer clients means more attention. Longer engagements mean we actually learn the business. Named pricing means no surprises. And we'll tell you if we're not the right fit before you're eight months into a bad engagement. We can't promise perfect — but we can promise honest and specific, which is more than most agencies will put in writing.
What happens when the engagement ends?
Most clients don't end engagements — they evolve them. A Foundation engagement grows into Scale as the business grows. Scale becomes Partner when they're ready for the full embedded model. When engagements do end, you keep everything. The site keeps running. The content keeps ranking. The campaigns can keep running. We'll do a proper handoff so nothing falls over the day after we're done.
