The Challenge
Gondolier Coffee is a specialty coffee cart company based in the Twin Cities, serving weddings, corporate events, graduation parties, and more. Their service is polished and their product is genuinely great. But their website wasn't keeping up. In an event services market where couples and event planners are comparing vendors side by side, an outdated site wasn't just a missed opportunity. It was actively hurting their ability to differentiate from cheaper, lower-quality competitors.
Our Strategy
We ran our full production process: discovery to understand the event services market and Gondolier's unique positioning within it, a moodboard to capture the visual tone of a premium specialty coffee experience, and a wireframe to define how the site would guide visitors from interest to inquiry. Design and development followed with close client collaboration throughout. The goal was a site that made the right prospects feel something, and made the wrong ones self-select out.
