The Challenge
Jake Wells runs a personal coaching business out of Colorado, helping aspiring lifters and athletes reach their fitness goals. His coaching is legitimate, his results are real, and his clients know it. But without a website, he had nothing to hand a prospect. No place to send someone who'd heard his name. No way to demonstrate the same credibility on screen that he had in person. Every sales conversation started from scratch, with Jake having to build trust that a website would have already established.
Our Strategy
We ran our full production process: discovery to understand Jake's brand, coaching philosophy, target athletes, and competitive landscape, a moodboard to define a visual direction that felt serious without being generic, and a wireframe to map how the site would move a visitor from curious to ready-to-buy. Design and development followed with close collaboration throughout. The goal was a foundation Jake could confidently point to in every sales interaction.
